Private Banking Assistant

Zurich, Full time

The role:

As part of the Global Wealth Management Division, you will be working in our recently opened Office in Zurich as support for our Private Bankers in all the investment and wealth management processes for our clients, helping to promptly grasp their needs and provide them with the most appropriate solutions.

The responsibilities:

  • You will provide assistance to our Private Banker’s team;
  • You will prepare the documents needed for client onboarding, credit card applications, e-banking access, accounts opening and closing;
  • You will be fully responsible for the administrative process supporting the clients’ activity (stock exchange and foreign exchange transactions, opening of accounts and deposits, execution of transfers), supporting them and providing them with the best response to their needs;
  • You will prepare the documentation relating to client visits.

The profile:

  • You have a commercial background and proven experience in a similar function at banks in Switzerland (Zurich area), active in the private banking sector, gained over at least 5 years;
  • You have an excellent knowledge of banking operativity and financial services, and products, as well as of the regulatory system;
  • You are advanced in the use of the Office package;
  • You are proficient in Italian, Russian and English; German is considered a plus;
  • You have excellent communication skills; ability to work in team and you have team spirit;
  • You are able to learn quickly and you can work independently and in a well-structured manner;
  • You have excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic.
